Our Mongolia Jeep and Truck Tours spans Mongolia, over a large spaces, to visit different parts of the country long distances need to be covered. Less than half of Mongolia’s population live throughout the countryside most actually inhabit urban centers and the capital. A few by now well-developed roads connect those centers with one another stretching through the whole county. As we journey via our Mongolia Jeep and Truck Tours we will leave those roads and drive into the land, the dirt roads or paths that we use, would be there for the nomads to sometimes drive into town to get supplies, sell cashmere or drop off their children to school.

On our Mongolia Jeep and Truck Tours, the vehicles that we are using should be reliable, have good suspension, ideally are air conditioned, equipped with seat belts, children seats if needed and usually seat 4 to 7 passengers. Most common are Toyota Landcruiser or equivalent, Mitsubishi Delica and UAZ-Furgon.

Via our Mongolia Jeep and Truck Tours, we will often drive for 10 to 14 days through the land, three to six hours per day with frequent stops for picture-taking and limb-stretching, a supported lunch break, where next to food and folding chairs, hand washing opportunity and possibly a toilet is supplied. That would usually be enabled by the kitchen truck, a very capable vehicle that easily keeps up with the jeeps, transports the kitchen crew and sets up the overnight camp sites, where, depending on the season a shade or a dining tent would be provided, possibly heated too, properly prepared food would satisfy the extra appetite, that our clients feel, after a day in the fresh air.
